What does the quantity reflect on the parts diagram?
The quantity reflects the number of that particular part needed on that machine. All parts are sold individually. Example, if quantity 2 is listed for a particular bolt, there are 2 of that same bolt on that machine used in the diagram you are looking at. Quantity DOES NOT reflect current on-hand, available inventory, only the amount needed for that diagram.
When will my parts ship?
Your estimated ship date is 1-3 business days from when you place your order. This date is the time needed to prepare for the shipment. Not the arrival date as that will come from the shipping company.
Can I expedite my order?
Orders cannot be expedited until after the order is done processing. Order processing takes approximately 1 business day. When the order is completed we will ship the parts out as soon as we have them. Email us if you need any help with getting your parts expedited.
How do I know what model I have?
Each machine will have a VIN number on the unit (usually on the frame). If you are unsure of the year and model of your machine, please give us a call or email us through our contact us page so that we can run your VIN number and help you get the information you need.
How do I enter my promo code?
At checkout, there is an option link to add the promo code by the upper left corner of your shopping cart. There will also be a second spot to add your promo code at the next screen when you finalize your check out. Either one will allow you to add the promo code for your order.
How do I know what side of my machine is left or right?
Left or Right orientation is always decided from your perspective when you are sitting on or in the machine. Front and Back is in reference to this orientation as well.
Do you offer drop shipping?
We do not offer drop shipping. Our manufacturers do not offer drop shipping and require all shipments to be delivered to our dealership first and then sent to you our customer.
What is a back order?
When an item is completely sold out of the U.S warehouses for a manufacturer and our extensive inventory, then an item is placed on a back order. The item will be back in stock within the manufacturer’s warehouse when the manufacturer replenishes their U.S stock. Back orders work on a first come first serve basis. The parts are shipped in sequential order from the manufacturer's warehouse to the dealer and then ships to you our customer.
What is O.E.M?
O.E.M stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. All of our O.E.M parts are genuine O.E.M Manufacturer parts and are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Buying O.E.M parts ensures a perfect fit and the best quality for your power sports product.
Why was my card charged if it was declined?
If you attempted to place an order and it shows that it was declined, the funds were never released to us. They are being held at your bank. Your bank put a temporary hold on those funds at your bank as a part of their fraud protection system. Your bank is doing this and holding the funds and will release the hold on those funds based on their bank rules. Our merchant system is not holding the money. We never received the money. Once merchant services and your bank complete the process, you will see the release of the temporary pending hold status. Until it is completed by your bank, your transaction will show as pending on your credit card banking system.
Where do I go on your site to select a different country for shipping?
Navigate to “pay securely now” and then select a different country from the drop down menu. Not every country is available but we do ship to a lot of countries around the world.
When will I receive my funds for my refund or cancellation?
If there is a mismatch between your billing and shipping information or any other issue regarding your credit card, your order is automatically cancelled and refunded on our end. Once your order is cancelled or refunded, your funds are released from our company back to the bank. Once merchant services and your bank complete the refund process, your funds will be back in your account. This process normally takes 2-7 business days, after we refund or cancel your order. International credit card orders may take longer to see the refund due to the way banks handle international credit card refunds.
